Easily Verify Identity
Biometrics is a method of recognising an individual by a physiological characteristic – such as a fingerprint scan – in order to verify identity.
Biometric time clocks are installed at convenient locations throughout the work site, allowing employees to register their arrival and departure times by simply placing their finger on the biometric scanner.
Biometric Clocking systems, when integrated with Time and Attendance Software, offers a very powerful reporting tool that can help increase efficiency and productivity across the workforce. With accurate data, cost savings and more qualified decisions can be made.
Capture and Calculate Time and Attendance Data
The system can be programmed to display information on the employee, such as regular and overtime hours worked, sick and holiday time balance and recent registrations.
Information received at the clocking terminals is periodically downloaded to the Mitrefinch workforce management software, where it is then calculated. This data can later be reviewed, analysed and printed in order to facilitate scheduling, capture workforce anomalies, ensure compliance or make other important organisational decisions.
