
Shift Change Requests
If enabled in the Employee Profile, employees can request changes to their rostered or scheduled shifts. These changes can include Shift Changes and Shift Swaps.
When a user is in the employee self module they can click on a shift in the work planner and select from a list of options. The ‘Change Shift Option’ will display a screen that allows the employee to select the new shift that they would like to request they work.
Supervisor authorisations for ‘Shift Change Requests’ are handled in the same manner as ‘Employee Absence Requests’ via automated email notifications.
Notifications & Approvals
Using the Employee Self Service module employees have the ability to request Absences or Time Off. These requests are normally submitted to the employee’s manager, supervisor or HR Department by automatic email notifications for approval.
