The self-service planner makes it easy or employees to view their schedules, including the shifts they are scheduled to work and shift break times. Employees have the option of viewing their schedules in a horizontal weekly planner view, or a vertical view.
The system may be configured to allow workers to request shift swaps, which are authorised or denied through the system.
