Clockard Updates for Accuracy
Even with automated systems, sometimes corrections need to be made to time clocked in and out, overtime worked, or reasons for absences. To request a clock card change, employees simply log into the employee self-service module, select the field to be changed, and make the change.
Upon submission of the update, the employee’s supervisor or manager receives an email alert and a link to an authorisation page. The manager or supervisor can review the details on the authorisation page, including the original data, and the “new” data.
After reviewing the update, the manager or supervisor approves or denies it. Once the approval or denial is made, it is emailed to the employee and the employee’s clock card is adjusted.
