What is The OnCall List?
With the ‘On Call List’ employees can access available job slots within the system. These slots will only be visible if the employee qualifies to work the available shift, matching job type rules, constraints or any other data requirement.
When an employee accesses the on call list all slots on offer are re-assessed against the employee in terms of the employee’s own availability, job type rules and schedule constraints to determine which slots to show to the employee.
The OnCall List Benefits
Using the intuitive ‘auto swap’ function, the system can automatically assign on call employees to jobs where there are gaps in any given shift or job once employees match all required criteria.
With eSolve’s on call list, managers can manually assign employees to jobs. The on call list will refresh regularly so that managers and employees can see a full record of activity. On call records will show, employees who took slots, dates of slots, if an employee became invalid for a slot, if an assignment was manual or by the system and more. Push notifications are used to update employees on status changes
