Information about individual employees is displayed in a series of panels organised into tabs, including “personal,” “contract,” “pay,” “appraisal,” “disciplinary,” and “safety.” To access information about individual employees, the user simply clicks on the appropriate tab.
For example, to view pay details, including information such as the last merit increase or when the next merit increase is due, simply click on the “pay” tab.
The system can be configured to send alerts to the user at specific times, such as when a disciplinary action is up for review, or when additional training is needed. When an action is taken, the user can include a note in the system details, ensuring an accurate audit trail is always available.
