Hour Codes Overview
The Mitrefinch system has the ability to have unlimited absence hours codes. Each hours code represents a type of absence. By default the system contains absence codes such as Holiday, Bank Holiday, Sick Certified, Sick Uncertified, Maternity Leave, Parental Leave etc.
User definable absence codes can also be setup and configured. Below is an example of standard absence codes within the system
