A Streamlined Performance Appraisal Process
Mitrefinch Time and Attendance Software stores employee reviews and appraisals in a central location, where they can be easily accessed at a moment’s notice.
When an appraisal is due, the user is sent a customised “scorecard” that enables him or her to “score” the employee in relevant performance areas.
Once the appraisal is complete, is it emailed, with any supporting documents, to the employee for review. The employee can make comments or respond to the review directly through the system.
Capture Performance Trends
Past and current appraisals and reviews are stored in the database, where they can be accessed by both employees and supervisors. Past appraisals can be reviewed and compared to current to see performance trends, to determine the success of action plans, and to make decisions designed to increase performance. Easy access to reviews and appraisals can help both supervisors and employees better assess and understand strengths and weaknesses.
