Our Tier 3 data centre differs from other Tier 1 & 2 Data centres by meeting all of the requirements of Tiers 1 & 2 as well as ensuring all equipment is dual-powered and has multiple uplinks. With multiple paths for power and cooling and systems in place, servers can remain online during planned maintenance and outages. All IT equipment in our Tier 3 data centre has dual power supplies attached to different UPS units, such that a UPS unit can be taken off-line without crashing servers or cutting off network connectivity.

Both the VM and the TMS database are backed up to our secondary data centre in line with our Business Continuity Plan. Our Backup schedule is constructed on a per client basis to meet your organization’s needs around security, continuity of service and compliance.
