User-friendly, Flexible System
Mitrefinch’ Time and Attendance System was selected due to its excellent track record, and because it offered all the features, flexibility and support that the Department required. The Department needed a user-friendly time and attendance system that had the ability to allow staff to clock in while offline, and keep a record of the clocked times.
The time and attendance system has been a huge success. The software assists line managers to accurately manage staff in their departments; they can immediately identify anomalies and deal with them as they occur. The ability to do this has significantly increased productivity. Managers are pleased to report greater forward-planning abilities, more control of staff, and a reduction in workplace absence – leading to increased productivity.
“A Huge Time-Saver”
The most significant saving was in controlling the work-sharing rosters across seven divisions and many sub-departments. Information can now be collected and monitored centrally from all these divisions. “Staff sometimes change from one division to another for periods of time,” says Fidelma Hardiman. “With the time and attendance system in place it is so much easier as employee information can be transferred to their new division, and data does not have to be re-entered. This is a huge time saver for us.”
