Security

The importance of ensuring the security of our hosted customers data is paramount to Advance Systems and for that reason we ensure that our Hosting Provider, Data Centre and our own internal processes are fully certified, meeting ISO 270001 criteria for Information and Physical security. ASI Private cloud infrastructure sits behind multiple HA Firewalls which ensure access to the TMS system and valuable data is fully secured and restricted to only pre-approved personnel. Eset antivirus runs on all VMs with daily scans scheduled and monitored from a central location by Advance Systems to ensure our customers don’t have to worry about the threat of viruses.

Connectivity

Our Private Cloud Environment provides a highly available high speed network, with multiple Tier1 transit carriers.  In terms of Availability, scalability and performance our Private Cloud contains multiple Hypervisors which provides our customers with a highly available resource pool for their Virtual Machines. We incorporate Solid State Drives (SSDs) on all our Hypervisors to provide the best possible performance and reduce the risk of data loss through mirroring. As your company grows we can increase the resources on your VM readily to ensure performance is never compromised for your users.

Data Centre

ASI Hosted servers are hosted in one of Irelands most secure Tier 3 data centres. All IT equipment in our Tier 3 data centre has dual power supplies attached to different UPS units, such that a UPS unit can be taken off-line without crashing servers or cutting off network connectivity.  Our Tier 3, Uptime Certified, Data Centre meets stringent security requirements (both physical and virtual) and offers the most cost-effective solution for the vast majority of businesses and guarantees 99.982% availability with approximately 1.6 hours of downtime annually. Our Data Centre is ISO 20000/9001/14001/27001 certified and staffed with a Service Team with ITIL accreditation.

Where are your servers located?

TMS Cloud servers are hosted in one of Irelands most secure data centres. Our Tier 3 data centre differs from other Tier 1 & 2 Data centres by meeting all of the requirements of Tiers 1 & 2 as well as ensuring all equipment is dual-powered and has multiple uplinks. With multiple paths for power and cooling and systems in place, servers can remain online during planned maintenance and outages. All IT equipment in our Tier 3 data centre has dual power supplies attached to different UPS units, such that a UPS unit can be taken off-line without crashing servers or cutting off network connectivity.

Does TMS Cloud provide Backups?

In order to provide our customers with the reassurance that their data is safe and secure we provide a Backup faculty for all our Hosted Customer VM’s. Both the VM and the TMS database are backed up to our secondary data centre in line with our Business Continuity Plan. Our Backup schedule is constructed on a per client basis to meet your organization’s needs around security, continuity of service and compliance.

How Will This Work For Us?
