How PC-Based Clocking Works
A biometric device is attached to an employee’s PC. To clock in or out, the employee simply presents a finger, key fob, or ID card to the device, and follows the prompts. The system can be programmed according to your organisation’s specific needs, and is capable of showing the employee information such as upcoming schedules, accrued vacation and entitlements, attendance records, and past registrations. The employees may also make requests, such as shift swaps or time off, directly through the system.
Your organisation will require no extra equipment or additional software installation to use the Mitrefinch PC-Based Clocking System. The system can be used anywhere the Web can be accessed.
View Data Immediately
Once employees clock in using their PC-based clocking system, data is immediately sent to the central database. It can be promptly viewed by the employee, by supervisors, or by managers. Scheduling, company policy, or shift issues are immediately noticed and addressed, before they become serious problems.
Key Features and Benefits
Mitrefinch PC-Based Clocking is a highly secure system that reduces errors and virtually eliminates “buddy punching” and other time abuses. Employees manage and control time from their own PCs, or from a centrally located group PC.
