Automatic Rostering

Jobs have a status colour which indicates whether the correct number of employees are assigned and provides a warning if there are insufficient employees available.
The Solver can automatically assign employees to jobs using the auto-solve function. Constraints can be set within a project which limit which employees can be assigned to each job. These constraints are enforced by the Solver.
When a job is selected the employees that are currently assigned to it are displayed in the sidebar along with an ‘Available Employees’ list. This list contains all employees that can be assigned to the job according to the project constraints. When an employee is selected, the jobs which they can be assigned to are highlighted.
Attempting to assign an employee to a job which they cannot work will result in a message indicating which constraints are preventing the operation.

Optimiser- The solver can optimise a roster to find the solution with the lowest cost.
