Interactive Help
Mitrefinch time management system has inbuilt interactive help menus which allow both employees and managers to easily find any help topics they require.
The help menus can be displayed by topic or searched for specific keywords or phrases. Each help topic normally includes textual information alongside screenshots to allow easy understanding of the workings of the system.
Employee Self Service Help Menu.
Each organisation also has the ability to add ‘Video Help Files’. These videos can contain images, video and sound allowing an employee to actually see how to perform a function without having to read a help topic.
