We are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Support Analyst to support our Customers.
Skill Requirements
Essential:
- Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of client issues

- Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team
Desirable
- Software support / call centre experience preferred
- Networking Knowledge
- Operating Systems Knowledge
- SQL Knowledge
- Web technologies
Responsibilities
- Monitoring the company’s online call logging system and progressing incoming calls / issues
- Providing support on the company’s software solutions to clients via telephone and remote connection
- Changes to Customer Reports
- Amending Shifts & Rosters
- Software Configuration
- Software Upgrades
- General System enquiries
- Database Queries
