The Mitrefinch Time Management System has the ability to have an unlimited number of employee entitlements. These entitlements can be calculated in either Days or Hours.

The most common type of entitlement is Holidays. The entitlements section within the system keeps track of each employees total Entitlement figure for the current year and also their Planned and Taken figures allowing the Unallocated figure to be automatically calculated by the system.
One of the most common queries by an employee to a manager, supervisor or HR Department is What is my Holiday Balance / Time Off In Lieu Balance etc. The Mitrefinch employee self-service module allows staff to see this information at the click of a mouse. The employee can view their opening balance, carryover figure, number of days planned and taken and also their remaining balance.
